Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tru's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make the return process as simple as possible.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In their original condition

Free of odors, stains, makeup, pet hair, or damage

Returned with original tags attached (when applicable)

In the original packaging whenever possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Final Sale items

Clearance merchandise

Gift cards
-
Personalized or custom-made items

Intimates, undergarments, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)

Beauty or cosmetic products that have been opened or used
How to Request a Return
We offer two convenient ways to request a return:
Option 1: Request Through the Shop App
If you placed your order using the Shop app or your order is linked to your Shop account:

Open the Shop app.

Select your Tru's Boutique order.

Tap Request Return (if eligible).

Follow the prompts to submit your return request.
Once your request is received, we'll review it and provide further instructions if your return is approved.
Option 2: Contact Our Customer Support Team
If you prefer, you can request a return by emailing us at:

Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Tru's Boutique cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size, color, or item, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contactus@truboutique.us.
While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
